Always use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo to preserve the cuticle integrity of the hair. Before applying products, rinse clip-ins gently with lukewarm water. Follow with a light, nourishing conditioner and detangle using a wide-tooth comb while the conditioner is in. Avoid excessive heat when drying, and store your clip-ins properly when not in use to maintain their softness and shine.
To maximize the lifespan of your extensions, always apply a heat protectant spray before styling. Limit the use of hot tools—if you do use a curling iron or straightener, keep the temperature between 160–180 °C (325–355 °F). Whenever possible, let your hair air-dry, or use low heat or a cold-air setting. These simple steps help preserve the hair’s natural shine and strength for longer.
Always start from the tips and work your way upward using our paddle brush. Brush gently at least twice a day—once in the morning and again before bed—to prevent tangles. Use light, downward strokes and never tug, as this can cause shedding.
Yes! Sleep on a satin pillowcase to reduce friction, and avoid swimming without a protective cap. If you do swim, rinse your hair thoroughly afterward. We also recommend monthly check-up visits for clip reattachment and to keep your extensions looking their best
 For best results, wrap your hairpiece around a soft holder, store it in the silk pouch provided, or hang it on a quality clip or hanger designed for hairpieces. These methods help prevent frizz, tangling, and moisture loss. Never store it while wet—always allow it to air dry completely first to maintain its quality and shape.

All hair extension services and products are final sale. Once the hair package is opened or applied—whether by our stylists or by yourself—it cannot be returned or refunded.
